Mine Flameproof press-in counter-rotating fan

Product Overview The Mine Flameproof press-in counter-rotating fan is a flameproof, counter-rotating axial fan designed for local and auxiliary ventilation in underground coal mines and other suitable underground mining applications. The FBD series uses a two-stage counter-rotating impeller configuration. The first impeller adds energy to the airflow, while the second impeller rotates in the opposite direction to further increase the pressure capability of the fan. This configuration makes the FBD fan suitable for mine heading ventilation, underground roadways, local ventilation stations, and ventilation duct systems, particularly where relatively high system resistance and long duct runs are involved. EMS can configure the fan according to airflow, pressure, duct diameter, duct length, motor requirements, electrical specifications, and applicable flameproof requirements. Main Applications The FBD fan can be used for: Coal Mine Heading Ventilation Underground Roadways Mine Tunnels Development Headings Local Ventilation Stations Underground Mining Areas Auxiliary Ventilation Systems Long-Distance Duct Ventilation Suitable Underground Metal Mining Applications Selected Underground Engineering Projects Key Features Flameproof Configuration The fan can be equipped with a suitable flameproof motor and electrical configuration for specified hazardous underground mining environments. Counter-Rotating Impellers The two impellers rotate in opposite directions, providing increased pressure capability within a compact axial-flow configuration. Suitable for Duct Ventilation The FBD configuration is suitable for forced-air delivery through flexible ventilation ducts where system resistance and duct length need to be considered. Efficient Local Ventilation Fan performance can be configured according to the required airflow, pressure, duct dimensions, and working-face conditions. Compact Construction The axial configuration facilitates transportation and installation in underground working environments. Continuous-Duty Operation Industrial-grade motor, bearing, impeller, and casing configurations can be selected for continuous mining operations.
