4EIN uses necessary cookies for secure sign-in, language selection and the actions you request. Usage analytics are optional; declining permission does not prevent you from using our services.

  • Optional analytics are off by default. You can choose Reject all, Accept all or Manage preferences.
  • Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days; you are not asked again on every page. You can change it at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
  • This text covers cookies and similar browser technologies. Data processing for accounts, communications, files and connected services is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy policy

Cookies are small files that a website you visit saves in your browser. 4EIN also uses local storage and session storage for functions such as language, appearance and search. These are not cookies; they are explained together on this page.

Necessary records are used for sign-in, security and the actions you request. Optional site analytics depends on your separate choice; declining it does not prevent you from using 4EIN.

Optional analytics rely on your explicit consent. The legal grounds for records needed to provide and secure the service, and your rights to submit personal data requests, are explained in the Personal data protection notice.

The following first-party cookies are used by 4EIN. If you do not use a function such as sign-in, team invitations or administrator verification, the related cookie may not be created.

These records protect your session, support transaction security and remember your language and cookie preferences. They are not used to create advertising profiles. Their technical names, purposes and durations are shown together below.

Security cookies are not used for advertising. Session and verification durations depend on the server’s security settings; your session may end earlier.

The Analytics preference controls 4EIN’s optional product, post, profile and promotion measurements, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Google and Vercel site analytics run only on eligible public pages; sign-in, account and private workspace pages are not sent to these providers.

Depending on the measurement, page or content identifiers, view and interaction information, browser and device information, cookie or session identifiers and approximate location may be processed. In 4EIN’s own measurements, signed-in visits can be linked to an account; we therefore do not describe all records as anonymous.

Analytics services we use
ServiceWhat is it used for?
4EIN usage statistics

Measures views of products, posts, company and institution profiles, and interactions with promotions. Measurement and duplicate-count prevention records are used only with analytics permission.

Browser measurement records are kept for the tab session; promotion attribution is valid for up to 30 minutes.

Google Analytics

Used for statistics on page visits, devices and approximate location. Ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

4ein_analytics_ga*

Analytics cookies are stored for up to 180 days.

Provider’s cookie information
Vercel Web Analytics

Visitor, page and device statistics.

Does not use analytics cookies.

Although it does not use cookies, it depends on your analytics permission in 4EIN.

Provider’s privacy information

Search parameters, connection codes and private page addresses are removed from page-view addresses sent to Google and Vercel. Google Signals is not used for ad personalisation; this panel does not list unused advertising providers or marketing cookies.

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the 4EIN domain as first-party cookies; measurement data is transmitted to Google. Vercel Web Analytics does not create analytics cookies. Not using cookies does not mean that this service does not process data.

The lifetime of cookies in the browser is not the retention period for reports stored on servers. Withdrawing analytics permission does not automatically delete earlier records. See the Privacy Policy for information on data retention and deletion requests.

Local storage (localStorage) may remain in the browser until you clear it or the application removes it. Session storage (sessionStorage) is tied to the relevant tab session; your browser’s session restore feature may reopen these records.

Details of records stored in the browser
  • theme: Remembers your selected light or dark appearance; it has no fixed expiry date.
  • 4ein.company-search.v1: Restores company search filters and your position within the tab session.
  • Temporary flow records created during registration and email or calendar connection are used to return the process to the correct screen. Notification records synchronize updates between open tabs.
  • Temporary records that prevent duplicate email sends may keep recipient and content information in the tab session; they are cleared when the operation reaches a definitive outcome. Email discovery progress may be kept in local storage, while the history of company suggestions in the feed may be kept with a validity of 7 days.
  • 4ein:product:*, analytics:*, promotionAnalyticsSessionId, companyPromotionAttribution: Used to prevent duplicate counting and attribute promotions in optional 4EIN measurements. When the Analytics preference is turned off, these measurements stop and the related browser records are cleared.

The local storage copy of the cookie preference is also considered invalid after 180 days; the browser may not automatically delete the local storage record on that date.

Connecting an email or calendar account, viewing maps, uploading files, AI tools and video calls are separate features. Their data processing is not limited to the cookie list; the Privacy Policy explains which data is shared and for what purposes.

First-party records are stored on 4EIN’s own domain. External providers such as Google Analytics and Vercel may process data on infrastructure outside Türkiye, depending on the service configuration. Links to the providers’ privacy statements and other services used are included in the Privacy Policy.

Content such as maps, external images or calls may connect to its provider when the relevant feature is displayed. Rejecting analytics does not disable this content or the operational records needed for security, actions you request and promotion delivery.

Privacy policy

Use Reject all, Accept all or Manage preferences in the panel below. The Analytics option in the details stays off unless you enable it. Closing the panel, browsing pages or clicking a link does not count as analytics permission.

Your choice is valid in this browser for 180 days. You will be asked again when it expires or you delete the preference record. You can change it at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer or the button below.

When you withdraw permission, no new optional measurement events are sent; related analytics cookies and 4EIN measurement records are cleared from the browser. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete processing carried out before withdrawal or records needed for the service.

You can delete or block cookies and site data separately in your browser settings. Clearing all site data may also reset your appearance, language, search and cookie preferences. Blocking security cookies may affect features such as sign-in.

You can send questions about cookies and your personal data to this address: info@4ein.com

You can request information about the processing of your personal data, correction and deletion subject to the conditions set by law. Your rights and how to submit a request are explained in the Personal data protection notice.

We update this text if the technologies we use or their purposes change. We do not treat your earlier choice as automatic approval for a purpose that requires new permission; we ask you to choose again when necessary. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
