Identity and contact information, account and organisation membership, transaction security records, profile and product content, messaging, campaign operations and documents provided by users may be processed.
This information is obtained electronically from registration and transaction forms, content and files you publish, actions by authorized organization members, email or calendar connections you permit, and the application’s technical records.
Purpose and legal framework
Data necessary for account and organization management and for providing the company discovery, communication and trade tools you request is processed in connection with concluding or performing the contract. Records required by statutory record-keeping duties or to exercise or protect a right rely on the relevant legal grounds.
Security processing to prevent unauthorized access and misuse is assessed within the legitimate interest in securely operating the service, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. The purpose and scope of the data processed must be limited to the relevant action.
Optional site analytics is enabled by your explicit choice. Permissions for additional features such as connected accounts, viewing email content and live translation are obtained separately on their own screens. Reading this notice does not mean that you allow all of these features.
Transfers and retention
Data may be shared with infrastructure and communication providers necessary for the service, limited to its purpose and subject to security controls. Retention periods depend on the data type and processing purpose.
Alongside the Vercel and Render hosting infrastructure, file, email, analytics, call or AI providers may participate depending on the feature you choose and the active configuration. These services may require processing data abroad; the providers and relevant data categories are described in the Privacy Policy.
Closing an account, removing a provider connection and deleting organization data are not the same action. Deletion requests are assessed while considering whether any legal ground requiring the data to be retained still applies.
